CANCELLATION POLICY

•Appointments: DM if your preferred time isn’t available. •Deposits: Required to hold your spot; applied to your balance. Lost if canceled/rescheduled within 24 hrs (exceptions for valid reasons). •Late/No-Show: 10-min grace; after that, reschedule. No-shows = full service charge. •Extras: Only if discussed beforehand. •Consent Forms: Consent Forms: Required before appointment.
