CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointments: DM if your preferred time isn’t available. • Deposits: Required to hold your spot; applied to your balance. Lost if canceled/rescheduled within 24 hrs (exceptions for valid reasons). • Late/No-Show: 10-min grace; after that, reschedule.
